Yeung (楊) Real Estate Development is a second-generation, privately held family of companies focused on real estate investment and development. Our team combines decades of experience gained from working both locally and internationally, bringing a global perspective and long-term vision to every project we undertake.

Located in New York City, we are engaged in the development of multiple asset classes throughout the metropolitan area. Over the years, we have built and maintained a strong track record of performance through disciplined execution, financial prudence, and thoughtful design.

The company’s foundation was established by Nelson Yeung, who brought over 35 years of real estate experience in developing and investing in properties across the New York metropolitan area and China. Before focusing on real estate, Nelson co-founded Wah Yoan Condiments and Products Corporation, one of the pioneering Asian food manufacturers serving the New York region. His entrepreneurial vision and work ethic continue to guide our values and approach today.

We pursue our projects through a combination of our own capital and strong relationships with leading commercial real estate lenders and banking institutions. Our philosophy emphasizes capital preservation, risk management, and sustainable growth, allowing us to maintain steady progress through multiple real estate cycles.

Shing Wah Yeung

Principal

Mr. Yeung brings over 20 years of real estate experience and is actively involved in all aspects of each project—from acquisition, financing, and design to construction and management. He oversees the daily operations of all projects and the broader family of companies.

Mr. Yeung works closely with the entire development team and is known for his ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring that each opportunity reaches its full potential. His broad knowledge of the development and construction process, combined with a strong foundation in finance and accounting, provides a comprehensive perspective that drives the company’s success.

He holds a B.S. in from the NYU Stern School of Business, a M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University, and an M.B.A. from Baruch College. Mr. Yeung is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.

Lin Qi Jiang

Principal

Ms. Jiang plays a vital role in overseeing the company’s financial and strategic operations. With a background in investment banking and public finance, she brings structure, discipline, and long-term vision to the organization. 

Ms. Jiang works closely with lenders, consultants, and professional partners to ensure the smooth execution of each project from inception through completion.

She holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Barnard College.
